The entrance gate closes at 9:15pm for NEW entries, but if you have already checked in and wearing the correct daily / weekend wristband you will still be able to enter until 11pm.
Yes – Event entry is included in the Camping ticket price.
E tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable.
YES – Children aged 12 and under are free of charge (must be accompanied with paying adult) and still need to purchase tickets so we can manage numbers.
At the entrance gate we will provide a free paper wristband and ask you to write your contact number on the reverse to assist us in our “Lost & Found Policy”.
No – We are a ticket only event. You MUST buy your ticket online before the event.
YES – We hope you won’t want to, and we try to ensure you will not need to. However, everyone entering the site must purchase a ticket which will be exchange for the appropriate wristband. There will be security staff on site checking wristbands so please make sure you keep it on especially if you’re intending to re-enter the event. Any persons found without a wristband on-site will be presumed not to be a paid guest and asked to leave the event.
We can scan your mobile phone if your tickets are displayed on the screen (your phone will need to read PDF files) so you don’t have to print them off at home.
There will be plenty of parking at the Fen Field and it is all free of charge.

Yes – We welcome well behaved dogs but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
NO. Only plastic sealed 500ml bottles containing water will be allowed into the arena. Absolutely NO GLASS.
We accept strongly encourage all guests to use a visa/credit/debit card for all transactions to help reduce the amount of cash you need to bring with you. We do offer a cash payment lane if required to purchase your drinks.
No, unfortunately our events are “open air”.
The event is all standing but we do have a few picnic tables & stools available but first come first served.
YES – but only foldable easy to manage chairs as most people tend to stand to watch the acts on the main stage. We really encourage people not to bring furniture into the main arena as it can be a safety problem, and you would not be able to see much anyway! However, you MAY bring a rug or shooting-sticks, so you need not be on your feet all day. Anything that is deemed too bulky will not be allowed into the arena so please consider this before entering.
NO – they are a huge risk to yours and other guests safety. In an emergency we would need to evacuate the arena as quickly and as safely as possible.

Campsite
You can bring a limited amount of alcohol into the Campsite but NOT into the main event arena. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASSES OR GLASS BOTTLES PERMITTED but you are allowed to bring ONE of the following options (per person 18+) for the duration of your stay:
- 12 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer
OR
- 12 x 250ml cans of premix spirit drinks
OR
- 3-litre box of wine
OR
- 5 litres of cider/lager/beer in plastic bottles or cans
The Campsite is situated on the same field as the event.
Yes, you can bring your own ‘silent generator’ but must be turned off by 11pm.
Your camping experience is for 1 night as we open our campsite on Saturday @ 12pm until Sunday @ 6pm.
Included in your camping ticket you will have access to toilets, service point with fresh drinking water, 24hr security, washing up facilities & 3 pin electric sockets.
